I obviously have a focus on the oak frames, so sometimes can lose sight of what the overall goal is; to create a beautiful structure that will be appreciated for years to come. The following images are from a couple of frames completed last year. Both on the same site, they complement one another and have been finished exceptionally well.
Garden room extension of kitchen:
To the left, the external historic well has been enveloped.
The frame has been ‘direct glazed’ using painted timber for boarding (not my personal favorite, but neat).
The massively cantilevered roof of the car port creates a suburb space for the patio furniture.
