First up for 2016 is this compact (6m x 5m) three bay extension frame. It will be annexed from the house via a link frame as cannot detract from the Grade II* listed house to which it is attached.
The frame simple will contain a kitchen / dining space plus large on-suite bedroom & stairwell.
The gable end has a large opening for glazing as has far reaching views over the Essex countryside. We opted for a sling brace design, which is an elegant solution for maximising usable space in the bedroom.
