This will extend the existing timber framed houses bringing some light into the property. Older timber frames are notorious for lacking natural light, so an additional window spanning two floors is going at the far end. 


The upper floor will provide a bedroom, with 180° views across the Suffolk countryside, the ground floor is to be a living area (that’s vague, as I don’t actually know!). 


The gable here is glazed from floor to ceiling using the direct glazing system, a well proven way to glaze green oak timber frames.
